The International Conference on Control, Automation, and Instrumentation (IC2AI’25) brings together scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present their latest research and applications in the fields of control, automation, and instrumentation. This forum serves as an opportunity for exchanging ideas at national and international levels and fostering collaborative research projects. Distinguished researchers in Engineering will be invited as keynote speakers. IC2AI’25 is the official scientific conference for the IEEE Joint RA/IM/CS Lebanon Chapter and will be hosted and organized by the Faculty of Engineering at La Sagesse University, Lebanon in 2025. The conference, spanning over three days, will include tutorials, peer-reviewed paper submissions, and accepted papers will be considered for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Topics of interest encompass control, automation, and instrumentation, among others:

  Authors are invited to submit papers in PDF using according to IEEE formatting guidelines. Paper template could be downloaded from the following website (Click here) Electronic submission of papers should be done via EDAS (https://edas.info/N31811) Questions regarding submission should be directed to ic2ai@ieee.org Accepted and presented papers for authors who complete registration will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore.

  Review Process

  The evaluation of submitted papers is based on the importance and usefulness of the research topic. Technical merits, novelty of the approach, soundness of results, and clarity of presentation are also considered as factors of the evaluation process. Each paper will be fully reviewed by a minimum of two specialized reviewers.
